CAPT (R) William Malloy, MPA
Bill is a Compass Strategies consultant specializing in defense and homeland security issues. Bill possesses over 25 years of government relations and business consulting experience, and represents a number of law enforcement and first responder agencies, including as a helicopter manufacturer that sells rotary wing aircraft to law enforcement.
Prior to his career in government relations, Bill served on active duty with the United States Navy. He retired with the rank of Captain in the Navy Reserve. Bill also teaches leadership and ethics to Navy Reserve officers and commissioned officers of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in his capacity as an adjunct professor at the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
Bill served on former US Representative Gerry Studds’ service academy nomination board and is the immediate past president of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association of Boston. He served on the Board of Directors for the New England-Canada Business Council for 7 years.
Bill earned his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and a M.P.A. from Harvard University.
Bill resides in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
